By now if you’re into beauty and makeup like I am, you’ve probably heard about Milani’s newest lip products to hit the shelves, blogs, YouTube and Instagram. Well, here I am to hop right on the bandwagon. I purchased three colors from the Milani website. I couldn’t find them in stores so the website was my only option. It actually was better to order from the site. I didn’t have to search for lip products that hadn’t been tried on and the shipping was free and super fast!
The colors I grabbed are:
- Matterialistic (02)
-
Mattely In Love (06)
-
Pretty Problematic (10) [My FAVE]
All three colors are so bomb! The colors are perfect for the fall season and I’m so excited to wear them all season long. As for what I think…
Each color has the same consistency and are all high in pigment. They wear for a very long time through eating and drinking. True to their names, they dry to a matte finish although they keep the metallic look. Sort of how metallic spray paint looks when it dries, if that makes sense. Anyhoo, I was honestly surprised at the longevity of these lip products. I didn’t experience peeling, cracking nor unevenness. In fact, trying to take these off was a task! Definitely worth the money in my opinion. In fact, I’d grab these over the Kylie lip kits and Colourpop’s Metallic liquid lipsticks!
One thing that I will note about the packaging, I’ve been seeing other vloggers and bloggers getting these Metallic lip cremes in a round product “packaging”. Mine were in square ones. Just like the original Matte Lip Cremes. The only difference is the top is a matte metallic gold. It actually accurately denotes the finish of the product itself. Needless to say, I like the non-rolling packaging better anyhow lol. Check out my pics to follow and let me know if you’ve gotten a chance to grab any of these. If so, how do you like them?
Later Cupcakes! 💋
